AISRT created the Partners In Grants program to assist individuals or small groups with administrative and planning assistance for research and education projects. AISRT is a 501 (c) non-profit organization. Applicants should review AISRT's mission and past projects to get a sense of research, studies or proposals that match the association's mission and goals. The AISRT Board of Directors reviews all proposals on a case by case basis.

Application Procedure
If you are interested in the AISRT Partner In Grants program, we encourage you to contact the AISRT/AWRTA office with your idea/proposal or questions at 907-258-3171.
Proposals are accepted at anytime - the Board reviews proposals at regularly scheduled teleconference meetings or by request. Your (5-7) page proposal should include: (this can be a copy of your grant application to potential funders)
- Cover letter to AISRT identifying the kind of assistance you are seeking.
- Introduction, Project Name, Project Description, Time Line(s) and Budget
- Contact Information
AISRT staff will contact all potential partners. Please allow a minimum of seven days for AISRT staff to respond. Partners may be asked to participate in a Board meeting to make a brief presentation about the individual project. If a project is approved by the Board, applicants are asked to sign a grant administration agreement.
